Prostat leiyomyomu: Olgu sunumu

Prostatın pür leiyomyomu çok nadir bir lezyondur. Prostatın düz kas lezyonları oldukça sık görülen ve glandüler hiperplazi ile birlikte olan küçük bir nodul halinde ya da seyrek görülen prostatın gerçek leiyomyomu olarak karşımıza çıkar. Biz 76 yaşında idrar şikayetleri ile başvuran prostat leiyomyomlu bir hastayı sunduk.

Leiyomyoma of the prostate; Case report

Pure leiomyoma of the prostate is rare lesion. Smooth musculer lesions of the prostate may present as minute nodules associated with glanduler hyperplasia or as true leiomyoma of the prostate. We report the case in a 76 year old man with leiyomyoma who has with urinary symptoms.
