Kardiyovasküler Hastalıklara Etki Eden Faktörlerin Değerlendirilmesi ve Kardiyovasküler Risk Skorlamalarının Karşılaştırılması
Amaç: Bu çalışmada; 40 yaş üstü bireylerde kardiyovasküler hastalıklara etki eden faktörlerin değerlendirilmesi için kardiyovasküler risk skorlamalarının (Framingham, PooledCohort Risk Assesment Equations; PCRAE), antropometrik ölçümlerin hesaplanması, yüksek riskli hastaları belirleyebilme güçlerinin karşılaştırılması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntemler: Çalışma; Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi’nde, Aile Hekimliği polikliniğine başvuran, 40-72 yaş aralığında 258 hasta ile yapıldı. Analizler için Number Cruncher Statistical System 2007 programı kullanıldı. Bulgular: Framingham ve PCRAE skoru, yüksek risk düzeyinde olan olguların yaşları, erkek cinsiyet olması, bel/kalça çevresi oranı; düşük risk düzeyinde olan olgulara göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde yüksek saptanmıştır (p
Evaluation of Risk Factors Influencing Cardiovascular Disease and Correlation with Cardiovascular Risk Scores
Objective: In this study, we aimed to evaluate cardiovascular risk scores (Framingham, Pooled Cohort Risk Assessment Equations; PCRAE), anthropometric measurements and compare their strengths for identifying patients at high risk for cardiovascular disease in individuals over the age of 40. Method: This study was performed with 258 patients aged 40 to 72 years meeting the eligibility criteria for the study who admitted to the Family Practice Centers of Training and Research Hospital. Number Cruncher Statistical System 2007 Statistical software was used for the statistical analysis.
