Bu çalışmada Doğu Avrupa ülkelerinin tarihsel süreçteki ekonomik gelişme performansları incelenmektedir. Karşılaştırmalı tarihsel analiz, ikinci dünya savaşını izleyen kolektif ekonomi uygulaması döneminde Doğu Avrupa ülkelerinin ekonomik gelişme açısından Batı Avrupa ülkelerine oranla belirleyici biçimde geri kaldığını ortaya koymaktadır.

Economic Developments in Eastern Europe in Protransition Era With Historical Perspective

In this article, economic developmental performance of Eastern European countries is examined in historical context. Comparative historical analysis shows that the eastern countries lagged drastically behind the western counterparts in collective period which correspond to post world war II era.
