İntraabdominal kayıp rahim içi aracın laparoskopik olarak çıkarılması: Olgu sunumu ve literatür incelemesi
Laparoskopik olarak çıkarılan intraabdominal kayıp rahim içi araç (RİA)nın sunulması. 28yaşında, gravidası 3, paritesi bir olan olgu kliniğimize karın ağrısı ve ateş şikâyeti ilebaşvurmuştur. Postpartum birinci ayda RİAnın uygulandığı, aynı yıl molar gebelik nedeniyle biray ara ile 2 defa revizyon-küretaj işlemi uygulandığı saptanmıştır. Ayakta batın grafisi ile pelvisdışında sol alt böbrek ucunda RİA ile uyumlu hiperekojen görünüm izlendi. İntraabdominal kayıpRIA laparoskopi ile çıkarıldı. Hasta postoperatif 2. günde sorunsuz taburcu edildi. İntraabdominalkayıp RİA olguları ciddi morbidite ve mortaliteye sebep olan bir durum olup, dikkatli bir şekildeyönetimi yapılmalıdır. Hasta asemptomatik olsa bile uygun vakalarda laparoskopi ile çıkarılmasıuygun ve etkili bir yöntemdir.
Laparoscopic extraction of dislocated intraabdominal Intrauterine Device: Case report and review of the literature
We present a case of intraabdominal intrauterine device extracted by laparoscopy. A 28 years oldGravida 3 Parity one patient have presented to our outpatient clinic with the complaints ofabdominal pain and fever. Her history revealed that she had an intrauterine device application amonth after her previous delivery, and a few months later she had a molar pregnancy. She haddilatation curettage and revision curettage for molar pregnancy. A direct abdominal X-ray revealeda hyperechogenic mass at left lower renal pole, suggesting the dislocated intrauterine device. Thelost intraabdominal intrauterine device removed with laparoscopy. The patient was discharged onthe second day after the operation without any complication. Dislocated intrauterine devices maycause serious morbidity and mortality. Intraabdominal intrauterine devices should be managedcarefully. Laparoscopic extraction is suggested even for asymptomatic cases.
