Doksisiklin tedavisine cevap veren konfluen ve retiküle papillomatoz: İki olgu sunumu

Konfluen ve retiküle papillomatoz sıklıkla genç kadınları etkileyen, nadir görülen, nedenibilinmeyen bir deri hastalığıdır. Hafif skuamlı, eritematöz, hiperpigmente maküllerlekarakterizedir. Tipik olarak intermammariyal bölge ve gövde üst yan kısımlar tutulur. Lezyonlarzamanla tüm gövdeye yayılabilir. Şiddetli kaşıntı ile seyredebilir. Tedavide minosiklin, fusidikasit, klaritromisin, eritromisin, azitromisinin etkili olduğu bildirilmiştir. Burada, uzun süre tineaversikolor tedavisi alan, klinik ve histopatolojik olarak konfluen ve retiküle papillomatoz tanısıkonulan ve doksisiklin tedavisine cevap veren iki olgu sunulmuştur.

Conf luent and reticulated papillomatosis responsive to Doxycycline: Report of two cases

Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis is a very rare disease with an unknown cause, whichfrequently affects young women. It is characterized by erythematous hyperpigmented mild squammacule. It occurs typically over intermammarial region and upper body side. Lesions can spread towhole trunk overtime. Severe itching may occur. Minocycline, fucidic acid, claritromycin,erytromycin, azitromycin have been reported to be effective. Here in, we report two cases withconfluent and reticulated papillomatosis, who were misdiagnosed as tinea versicolor and had along time of antifungal therapy. The patients successfully responded to doxycycline treatment.
