ÜNİVERSİTE ÖĞRENCİLERİNDE YAŞAM DOYUMU İLE PSİKOLOJİK SAĞLAMLIK ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİDE ÖZ ANLAYIŞIN ARACI ETKİSİ

Öz Bu araştırmada üniversite öğrencilerinin yaşam doyumları ile psikolojik sağlamlıkları arasındaki ilişkide öz anlayışın aracı etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemini yaşları 18 ile 40 aralığında değişen 308 kız 97 erkek olmak üzere toplam 405 üniversite öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği, Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği ve Öz Anlayış Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veriler Pearson moment çarpım korelasyonu, Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve Yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar yaşam doyumu ile psikolojik sağlamlık, yaşam doyumu ile öz anlayış ve öz anlayış ile psikolojik sağlamlık değişkenleri arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkilerin olduğunu göstermiştir. Ayrıca yaşam doyumu ile psikolojik sağlamlık arasında öz anlayışın kısmi aracı etkisinin olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
