iş Tatmini Ve Öz Yeterliliğin Örgüt içi Girişimciliğe Etkisi: Kamu Sektöründe Bir Araştırma

Örgüt içi girişimcilik konusu günümüzde hem kamu hem de özel sektörde faaliyet gösteren örgütler için önemini daha da artırmıştır Literatür incelendiğinde örgüt içi girişimci davranışları etkileyen faktörlerin bireysel örgütsel ve çevresel olmak üzere üç boyutta toplandığı görülmektedir Bu bağlamda çalışanların iş tatmini önemli bir örgütsel değişken iken öz yeterlilikleri de kritik bir bireysel nitelik olarak gözükmektedir Bu çalışmada Ankara’da çeşitli kamu kurumlarında görev yapan 172 alt ve orta kademe yöneticinin iş tatmini ve öz yeterlilik düzeylerinin yenilikçilik risk alma ve proaktiflik alt boyutları ile ele alınan örgüt içi girişimcilik davranışları ile ilişkisi araştırılmış hangi faktörün iç girişimcilik üzerinde daha etkili olduğu ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır Araştırma bulguları değerlendirildiğinde iş tatmini ve öz yeterliliğin iç girişimcilik davranışları ile anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişkisi olduğu ancak öz yeterlilik algısının iç girişimciliği yordamada iş tatmininden daha etkili olduğu görülmüştür Anahtar Kelimeler: Örgüt içi girişimcilik iş tatmini öz yeterlilik The Effect Of Job Satısfaction And Self Efficacy On Intrapreneurship: A Study In The Public Sector

In recent years intrapreneurship has been increased its importance for both public and private organizations Examining the literature it is seen that the variables that affect intrapreneurship were gathered in three dimensions which were individual organizational and environmental factors In this context while the job satisfaction of the employees is considered as an important organizational factor the self efficacy is also seen as a critical individual character In this study the relationship between intrapreneurship attitudes which were dimensioned as innovativeness risk taking and focusing on opportunities with job satisfaction and self efficacy levels of 172 public managers was investigated to interpret which variable had more effect on intrapreneurship Evaluating the findings it was found that job satisfaction and self efficacy had positive and significant relations with intrapreneurship; however self efficacy had more influence than job satisfaction on the prediction of intrapreneurship Keywords: Intrapreneurship job satisfaction self efficacy
