Bu çalışmada, Bayındırlık ve İskan Bakanlığı İnşaat Birim Fiyat Analizlerinden yararlanılarak yapı maliyetinin hesaplanmasına olanak veren bir bilgisayar programı hazırlanmıştır. Bu program ile, her bir imalatın gerçekleştirilme süresi; yapı maliyetinin kaba ve ince inşaat olarak parasal tutarları ile yüzdeleri; yapı maliyetinin malzeme, işçilik ve ekipman ile ilgili parasal tutar ve yüzdeleri ve inşaat m2 maliyeti hesaplanabilmektedir.

In this study a computer program has been developed for the unit cost analysis of construction. The program uses the unit costs of construction produced by the Ministry of Public Works and Settlement. The program computes cost and duration of a construction project. The output is presented by providing cost and duration values not only for the whole project but for activities like substructure, superstructure and finishes individually. The percentage cost values and equipment and workmanship cost for each activity as well as cost of square meter of construction is also produced as an output by the program.
