İnfantil kolik ve tedavi modelleri

Altı bebekten birinde 2-4 aylık dönem içerisinde görülen infantil kolik, genellikle kendini sınırlayan bir durumdur. Ebeveynleri bebekleri sağlıklı olduğu halde tedirgin eder ve tıbbi yardım almayı zorunlu kılar. Nedenleri konusunda doyurucu bilgiler yoktur ve bu nedenle uygulanacak tedavi yöntemleri de tartışmalıdır.

Infantile colic

Infantile colic which is diagnosed during 2-4 months of age in 1 out of 6 babies is a self-limited condition. Although this problem is accepted as a benign condition, families of the babies with colic are worried about their babies. This condition may increase parental anxiety which force the families to seek for medical support. Etiology of this condition is not well known. Therefore, methods of treatment are debatable.
