Mide adenokarsinomlu bir hastada akantozis nigrikans

Pseudallescheria Malign ve benign olmak üzere iki klinik formu vardır. Paraneoplastik bir hastalık olan malign akantozis nigrikans (MAN) daha önce belirlenmemiş bir malignitenin ilk bulgusu olabilir. MAN daha çokintra-abdominal malignitelerle ilişkili olarak bulunmuştur. Bu çalışmada, mide adenokanseri tanısına öncülük etmiş bir MAN olgusu sunulmaktadır.

Acanthosis nigricans associated with gastric adenocarsinoma

Background and Design.- Acanthosis nigricans is classified into benign and malignant forms on the basis clinical associations. Most importantly, it often precedes the diagnosis of a new or recurrent tumor. Maligns acanthosis nigricans (MAN) is most commonly associated with intra-abdominal malignancies. We describe a ca of MAN which was the first sign of gastric adenocarsinoma.
