Tedarik Zinciri Müşteri Entegrasyonunun Firma Performansı Üzerindeki Etkisinde Ürün İnovasyon Kapasitesinin Aracı Rolü

Bu çalışmada müşteri entegrasyonunun firma performansı üzerindeki etkisinde ürün inovasyonkapasitesinin aracılık rolü araştırılmaktadır. Bu amaçla, Türkiye İhracatçılar Birliği tarafındanbelirlenen ilk 1000 ihracatçı firma arasından 96 imalat firmasından anket ile veri toplanmıştır.Araştırma modeli öncelikli olarak yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz neticesindemüşteri entegrasyonunun firma performansı ve ürün inovasyon kapasitesini pozitif yönde anlamlıolarak etkilediği bulgusuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca ürün inovasyon kapasitesinin de firmaperformansını pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Process makro yöntemi ileyapılan aracılık testi sonucunda ise müşteri entegrasyonunun firma performansı üzerindekietkisinde ürün inovasyon kapasitesinin aracılık rolü bulunduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The Role of Product Innovation Capacıty in The Effect Of Supply Chain Customer Integration on the Company Performance

In this study, the mediation effect of product innovation capacity is investigated in the effect of customer integration on the firm's performance. For this purpose, data was collected from a survey among 96 manufacturing companies selected among the first 1000 exporting companies. The research model was analyzed primarily with the structural equation model. As a result of the analysis, it was found the fact that customer integration positively and significantly affects firm's performance and product innovation capacity. In addition, it has been found out that product innovation capacity positively and significantly affects firm's performance. As a result of the mediation test conducted by the process macro method, it was determined that the product innovation capacity has an intermediary role in the effect of customer integration on the firm's performance.
