Akademisyenlerin Hizmetkâr Liderlik Algıları (Harran Üniversitesi Örneği)

Bu araþtýrmanýn konusunu akademisyenlerin hizmetkâr liderlik algýlarý oluþturmaktadýr. Bu çalýþma yapýlýrken örneklem olarak Harran Üniversitesindeki akademis-yenler esas alýnmýþtýr. Araþtýrmamýzýn amacý hizmetkâr liderlik ölçeðinin alt boyutlarý olan güçlendirme, hiz-met ve vizyon gibi deðiþkenlerin akademisyenlerin hizmetkâr liderlik ile ilgili algýlarý üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Araþtýrma, tarama modelinde desenlen-miþ, çalýþmada veriler hizmetkâr liderlik ölçeði ile aka-demisyenlerden toplanmýþtýr. Araþtýrmanýn çalýþma grubu yansýz olarak seçilmiþ 179 akademisyenden oluþ-maktadýr. Veriler SPSS programý ile analiz edilmiþtir. Bu araþtýrma sonucunda cinsiyet, medeni durum ve ký-dem deðiþkeninin akademisyenlerin hizmetkâr liderlik algýlarý üzerinde etkisi de araþtýrýlmýþtýr.

Servant Leadership Perceptions of Academics (Harran University Example)

This research the subject servant leaders-hip perceptions of academics. While do this study, sample was based Harran uni-versity. The aim of this study is to strengthen the dimensions of servant leadership scale, the servant of variables such as academics and vision services to determine the impact on perceptions about leadership. The rese-arch has been patterns, work with acade-mics gathered data on the scale of servant leadership. Working group of the study consisted of 179 academics were randomly selected. Data were analyzed with SPSS. As a result of this study, gender, marital status and seniority variables of acade-mics servant influence on perceptions of leadership it was also investigated.
