RİNOLİTİASİS: OLGU SUNUMU VE LİTERATÜR GÖZDEN GEÇİRME

Rinolitiasis burun tıkanıklığının bir nedenidir. Burun tıkanıklığı, akıntı, kanama, tekrarlayan sinüzit ve koku alamama şikayetleri özellikle tek taraflı ise ayrıcı tanıda akılda bulundurulmalıdır. Pıhtı,kemik parçacıkları veya yabancı cisim etrafında organize olabilirler. Endoskop yardımı ile olarak kolaylıkla tanınabilir ve tedavi edilebilir. Bu yazıda kliniğimize tekrarlayan sinüzit ile başvuran bir rinolit olgusuna ve literatürde bu konuyla ilgili diğer yazılara değineceğiz.

Rinolithiasis: A Case Presentation and Literature Review

Rinolithisasis is a uncommon cause of nasal obstruction. It may lead to rhinorrhea, epistaxsis, recurrent sinusitis and anosmia.Blood clots, exogeneous foreign bodies or bone fragments may form rhinolith. They can be easily recognized and removed by endoscopic approach. In this paper, a patient with recurrent sinusitis due to rhinolith is introduced and other cases in the literature is reviewed.
