Polidocanol Foam is Effective and New Treatment For Post-Operative Lymphorrhea and Lymphocele: Case Report
The formation of post-operative lymphocele and lymphorrhea following surgery is a potentially serious complication. In the treatment of these complications, sometimes conservative methods are sufficient and sometimes surgical intervention is needed. There is currently no consensus on effective treatment of lymphorrhea in the pubic region. In this study was presented an effective treatment with polydocanol foam of lymphocele and lymphorrhea, which does not respond to the surgical intervention after the femoral artery cannulation for surgeon of the assendan aortic aneurysm and the coronary artery disease.
