Miyokard perfüzyon sintigrafisinin uygulanması ve kardiyolojide kullanımı

Miyokard perfüzyon sintgrafsi (MPS), koroner arter hastalığında temel görüntülemeyöntemi haline gelmiştr. Günümüzde MPS; tanı, risk değerlendirmesi, canlı doku varlığı ve sol ventrikül fonksiyonlarının değerlendirilmesi de dahil koroner kalp hastalığınıntüm aşamalarının değerlendirilmesi için kullanışlıdır. Bu makalenin amacı; görüntülemeprotokolleri, stres protokolleri ve koroner arter hastalığında uygulama alanları da dahilmiyokard perfüzyon sintgrafsinin kardiyoloji pratğindeki yerinin gözden geçirmektr.

Applicaton of myocardial perfusion scintgraphy and Its Use in cardiology

Myocardial perfusion scintgraphy (MPS) has become established as the main functonalcardiac imaging method for coronary artery disease. It is currently appropriate for allaspects of detectng and managing coronary heart disease, including diagnosis, riskassessment and stratfcaton, assessment of myocardial viability, and evaluaton of lefventricular functon. The purpose of this artcle was to review myocardial perfusionscintgraphy in cardiology practce including imaging protocols, stres protocols and mainapplicaton felds.
