Dichlorvos Biyosorpsiyonunun Termodinamik ve Kinetiği

Diklorvos Dünyanın pek çok ülkesinde olduğu gibi, Türkiye’de de oldukça yaygın olarak kullanılan bir pestisiddir. Dichlorvos’un sulu ortamdan uzaklaştırılmasında Rhodopseudomonas palustris NU51 suşunun kullanılmasıyla ilgili bir çalışmada adsorpsiyon izotermlerinden olan Langmuir ve Freundlich izotermlerine uygunluğu gösterilmiştir. Bu çalışmada termodinamik parametreleri (∆G0, ∆H0, ∆S0) incelenmiştir. Buna göre biyosorpsiyonun ekzotermik olduğu, kinetik hesaplamalardan da tepkime hızının pseudo ikinci derece denklemine uyduğu ve biyosorpsiyon için aktivasyon enerjisinin yaklaşık 160 kJ mol-1 olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Farklı sıcaklıklarda elde edilen termodinamik verilerden optimal adsorpsiyon sıcaklığının 35oC olduğu belirlenmiştir

Thermodynamics and Kinetics of Dichlorvos the Biosorption

Dichlorvos that is a pesticide, have been used in Turkey as widespread as in many developing countries. In a previously study, the results obtained from Dichlorvos removal from aqueous solution by Rhodopseudomonas palustris strain NU51, showed good fit to adsorption isotherms which are Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms. In this study, thermodynamic parameters (ΔG0, ΔH0, ΔS0) were examined. Accordingly, It has been shown that the biosorption was an exothermic reaction and its rate of reaction kinetic fit pseudo-second order equation. The activation energy for biosorption has been identified as about 160 kJmol-1. The optimal temperature of adsorption has been determined as 35oC from calculated thermodynamic data at different temperatures
