PKOS Hastalarında Yüksek Kan Basıncı Sıklığı ve Bunun Klinik ve Laboratuvar Parametrelerle İlişkisi

Amaç: Polikistik over sendromlu (PKOS) hastalarda kan basıncı (KB) anormalliklerine sıklıkla rastlanmakla beraber hipertansiyon ve PKOS arasındaki ilişki tam olarak aydınlatılamamıştır. Bu çalışmadaki amacımız ACC/AHA tarafından önerilen yeni sınıflandırmaya göre PKOS’lu hastalarda KB değişikliklerini araştırmaktır. Aim: Although blood pressure abnormalities are frequently encountered in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), the relationship between hypertension and PCOS has not been fully elucidated.
