Endoskopik Retrograd Kolanjio-Pankreatografi İşleminde Hemşirenin Rol veSorumlulukları

Endoskopik retrograd kolanjio pankreatografi, pankreatobiliyer sisteme ilişkin hastalıkların tanılanmasında özellikle detedavisinde yaygın olarak kullanılan tanı koydurucu ve tedavi edici, invaziv bir işlemdir. İşlem sırasında endoskopi ve floroskopiile safra kesesi, karaciğer ve pankreası drene eden kanallara ait görüntüler elde edilir. Endoskopik retrograd kolanjio pankreatografiile kanülasyon, sfinkterotomi, taş ekstraksiyonu, dilatasyon, drenaj, stent yerleştirme ve çekme gibi müdahaleler yapılabilmektedir.Endoskopik retrograd kolanjio pankreatografi işlemi bir ekip işidir ve endoskopi ekibinde hemşireler önemli bir yer tutmaktadır.Endoskopik retrograd kolanjio pankreatografi öncesinde, sırasında ve sonrasında hemşirelerin hasta hazırlığında, bakımında,hastanın güvenliğini sağlamada ve hastanın bilgilendirilmesinde önemli rol ve sorumlulukları bulunmaktadır. Hasta eğitimi vebakım girişimlerinin ERKP hastalarında işlem süresini kısalttığı, hasta memnuniyetini arttırdığı, komplikasyon gelişimini azalttığıve prosedürü güvenli bir şekilde gerçekleştirebilmeyi sağladığı belirtilmektedir. Literatürde endoskopik retrograd kolanjiopankreatografi işleminin endikasyonları, kontrendikasyonları, uygulama teknikleri ve komplikasyonlarına yönelik güncelçalışmalar mevcut olmakla birlikte işlemde hemşirenin rol ve sorumluluklarını konu alan çalışmaların az olduğu görülmektedir.Bu nedenle bu çalışma endoskopik retrograd kolanjio pankreatografi işlemi ve endoskopik retrograd kolanjio pankreatografiişleminde hemşirenin rol ve sorumluluklarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.

Nurses' Roles and Responsibilities in Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangio-Pancreatography

Endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography is an invasive diagnostic and therapeutic procedure, that is widely used in thediagnosis, especially in the treatment of diseases related to the pancreatobiliary system. During the procedure, images of thechannels that drain the gallbladder, liver and pancreas are obtained by endoscopy and fluoroscopy. Interventions such ascannulation, sphincterotomy, stone extraction, dilation, drainage, stent placement and withdrawal can be performed withendoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography. The endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography procedure is a teameffort and nurses have an important place in the endoscopy team. Before, during and after endoscopic retrograde cholangio- pancreatography, nurses have important roles and responsibilities in patient preparation, care, and informing the patient, ensuringpatient safety. It is stated that patient education and care interventions shorten the procedure time in the endoscopic retrogradecholangio-pancreatography patients, increase patient satisfaction, reduce the development of complications and enable theprocedure to be performed safely. Although there are current studies on the indications, contraindications, application techniquesand complications of endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography, there are few studies on the roles and responsibilities ofthe nurse in the procedure. Therefore, this study aims to reveal endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography and the rolesand responsibilities of nurses in endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreatography.
