ORTODONTİK TEDAVİ PLANLAMASINDA VE TEDAVİ SONRASINDA ÜÇÜNCÜ BÜYÜK AZI DİŞLERİNE YAKLAŞIM

Üçüncü büyük azı dişlerinin gelişimi, sürmesi ve gömülü kalma sıklığının farklılık göstermesi sebebiyle bu dişlere nasıl yaklaşılması gerektiği tartışmalı bir konu olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu derlemede üçüncü büyük azı dişlerinin; sürmesi ve gömülü kalma sebepleri, ortodontik tedavi sonrasında görülen nüks ile ilişkisi, profilaktik çekimin gerekliliği, çekimli ortodontik tedaviler ile ilişkisi, üst büyük azı distalizasyonu ile arasındaki ilişki değerlendirilmiştir.
