ÖZET1974 Senesinde Erzurum, Atatürk Universitesi arazisindeki SarıÇam (Pinus si/vestris)'larda O/igonyçhus coniferarum tesbit edilmiştir.Birçift para-anal se/ae ihtiııa etmesi, empodium'unprokximoııentral'dekıllı uzunca bir tırnağı bulunan bu akar.. kendisine çok benzeyen 0/igonychus ununguis'ten aedeagus'un küı, kısa ııe caudol'en/ral ola~ak eğik olması ile tefrik edilmektedir. Çamlar üzerinde münferilkurumlara ve ibrelerin dökülmesine sebeb olmaktadır.SUMMARYMorphological Studies on Oligonychusconiferarum(McGregor) (Acarina: Tetranychidae).A mite which is found on Pinussilvestris has been identified as Ollgonicusconiferorum. it has one pair of paraanalsetae and their empodia are clawlike,with proximoventral hairs; dublexsetae of Tarsi i are distal and approximate.O.coniferarum males may be separatedfrom O.ununguis males by the aedea.gus of the former forming a short, truncate,caudoventrally directed bend. Thebronzed area was covered by webbingby the mites on P.si/I'estrfs.
