Sanal takımlar: Kritik başarı faktörleri üzerine derinlemesine bir bakış ve bir değerlendirme

Küreselleşme ve teknolojik gelişmelerin etkisiyle takım çalışmasının geldiği son nokta ‘sanal takımlardır’. Sanal takımlar, yapı ve dinamikleri itibari ile birçok sorunu gündeme getirirken diğer taraftan bünyesinde taşıdığı potansiyel rekabetçi avantaj ve faydalar itibari ile de gerek iş dünyasının ve gerekse akademik çevrenin dikkatini üzerine çekmiştir. İşletmelerin sanal takımların potansiyel avantajlarından yararlanmaları ancak bu takımları en iyi şekilde yönetmek ve taşıdığı potansiyel problemlerin üstesinden gelmekle mümkün olacaktır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, öncelikle günümüzde ön plana çıkan ve sayıları giderek artan bu takımların başarı unsurlarını ortaya koymaktır. Çalışma, daha başarılı sanal takımlar ve dolayısı ile daha başarılı örgütler oluşturmak yolunda büyük katkı sağlayacaktır

Virtual teams: an evaluation and look on the critical success factor

With the effect of the globalization and technological advances, the point that teams have come is ‘virtual teams’. While the virtual teams bring many problems to the business agenda due to their characteristics and structure, they also have the potential for competitive advantages and many benefits. Because of these factors, these teams have taken the attention of academic and business world. Companies that want to take an advantage of these teams need to manage them in the best possible way and overcome the potential problems. The aim of this study is to identify success factors of virtual teams that are increasing and becoming very important in these days. The study is likely to contribute to forming successful virtual teams and indirectly contribute to the success of the organizations.
