Profesyonel Etik Standartlar, Kurumsal Sosyal Sorumluluk Algısı ve Örgütsel Vatandaşlık Davranışı Arasındaki İlişkiler
Bu çalışmanın amacı çalışanların profesyonel etik standartları benimseme düzeyi,kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algıları ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışları arasındaki ilişkileriincelemektir. Araştırmada kullanılan veriler, bir ilimizdeki 211 özel hastane çalışanından yüz yüzeanket tekniğiyle toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler LISREL8.7 programı yardımıyla yapısal eşitlikmodellemesi ile analiz edilmiştir. Ulaşılan bulgular profesyonel etik standartları benimsemedüzeyinin gönüllü kurumsal sosyal sorumluluk algısını artırdığını göstermiştir. Ayrıca ekonomik,etik ve gönüllü sosyal sorumluluk algısının çalışanın iş arkadaşlarına yönelik vatandaşlıkdavranışını artırdığı bulunmuştur. Yasal sorumluluk algısının ise örgüte yönelik vatandaşlıkdavranışlarını olumlu yönde etkilediği gözlenmiştir. Bunun yanında çalışanın profesyonel etikstandartları benimseme düzeyinin örgüte yönelik vatandaşlık davranışlarını doğrudan etkilediğide tespit edilmiştir.
The Relationships between Professional Ethical Standards, Corporate Social Responsibility Perception and Organizational Citizenship Behaviour
The aim of this study is to examine the relationships between employees’ adoption of professional ethical standards, their corporate social responsibility perceptions and organizational citizenship behaviours. The data for the research were collected from 211 employees of a private hospital in a province through face to face survey. The data were analysed through structural equation modelling using LISREL 8.7 software. Findings showed that the adoption of professional ethical standards increase philanthropic responsibility perception. Also it was observed that employee’s economic, ethical and philanthropist responsibility perceptions had a significant and positive impact on his/her citizenship behaviour toward co-workers. On the other hand, employee’s legal responsibility perception positively affects citizenship behaviour toward the organization. The adoption of professional ethical standards was found to have a direct positive impact on citizenship behaviour toward the organization.
