LİDER DESTEĞİNİN LİDER ÜYE ETKİLEŞİMİNE (LÜE) VE İŞ TATMİNİNE ETKİLERİ

Bu çalışmada lider desteğinin çalışanın iş tatminine etkisinde LÜE'nin ara değişken etkisi incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, veri toplama tekniği olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ankete Doğu Marmara Bölgesinde 50 ve üzeri bulunan 72 firmada çalışan 338 kişi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonuçları, liderin duygusal desteği ve yetenek/pratik desteğinin LÜE üzerinde yüksek etkisinin olduğunu göstermiştir. Çalışanın iş tatminine ise sadece ve yüksek seviyede Lider desteklerinden çalışana bilgi desteğinin etkisi görülmüştür. Ayrıca LÜE'nin de iş tatminini arttırdığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır

EFFECTS OF LEADER SUPPORT ON LEADER-MEMBER- EXCHANGE (LMX) AND JOB SATISFACTION

The study examines the extent to leader’s support mediating effect of leader-member exchange on job satisfaction. In this study questionnaire was used as data collection method. The research data was collected 338 employees from 72 manufacturing companies which are over 50 employees in East Marmara Region. The results of the research shows; Leader’s emotianal support, and pratical support effect on LMX. . It is also found that only leader’s knowledge support is the most important predictor of job satisfaction. In addition, LMX increase job satisfaction too
