Göğüs Ağrısı Olan Çocuğa Yaklaşım

Göğüs ağrısı çocuklarda sık görülen, hastayı ve ailesini endişelendiren bir yakınmadır. Çocuk kardiyoloji ve genel çocukpolikliniği ile acil serviste çok sık görülür. Çocuklarda genellikle kalp dışı nedenlere bağlı olarak ortaya çıkar ama seyrekteolsa ciddi bir kalp hastalığı da olabilir. Hekim, göğüs ağrısının ayırımını yapmalı, kardiyak bir neden olup olmadığınıbelirlemeli, hastayı ve ebeveynleri rahatlatmalıdır. Bu yazıda, göğüs ağrısı şikayeti ile başvuran çocuklara yaklaşımıngözden geçirilmesi amaçlandı.

Approach to a Child with Chest Pain

Chest pain is a symptom with a high incidence among children, which is worrying for the patient and family. It is very frequently seen at the pediatric cardiology and general pediatric outpatient clinic as well as emergency service. It generally arises in children due to non-cardiac reasons; however, it may also be a serious heart disease in rare situations. The physician should differentiate the chest pain, determine whether there is a cardiac reason and reassure the patient and parents. This paper aims to review the approach to children presenting with chest pain symptom.
