Skrotal Sebase Kistle Karışabilen Nadir Bir Skrotum Hastalığı: İdiyopatik Skrotal Kalsinozis

Skrotal kalsinozis skrotumun dermis tabakasında kalsiyum ve fosfor tuzlarının birikmesiyle oluşan, iyi huylu bir skrotal cilt hastalığıdır. Klinik olarak, skrotumda çok sayıda, ağrısız, sert, farklı boyutlarda nodüller ile karakterizedir. Hastalığın oluşumundaki etyolojik faktörler tam olarak anlaşılamamış olup mevcut yayınlarda idiyopatik kaynaklı olduğu bildirilmektedir. Çoğunlukla sebase kistlerle karışabilmektedir. Kozmetik şikayete sebep olan çok sayıda nodüler oluşumların dikkat çekici olduğu skrotal kalsinozis olgusu sunuldu

A Rare Scrotal Disease Confused with Scrotal Sebaceous Cyst: Idiopathic Scrotal Calcinosis

Scrotal calcinosis, which occurs by the accumulation of calcium and phosphorus salts within dermis, is a benign scrotal skin disease. It is clinically characterized by multiple, painless, hard, different sized nodules. Although etiologic factors are not clear, its is reported as the idiopathic in current literatures.
