Köpeklerde bazı sestod ve nematodlara paratak plus'ın etkisi

Bu çalışmada doğal enfekte köpeklerde Dipylidium caninum, Taenia sp, Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina'ya Paratak Plus'in etkisi araştırılmıştır. Bu amaçla dışkı bakısı ile D. caninum ve Taenia sp. enfeksiyonu saptanan 14 köpek bir sağaltım, bir kontrol; T. canis ve T. leonina enfeksiyonu saptanan 14 köpek de yine bir sağaltım bir kontrol olmak üzere 7 şerli 4 gruba ayrılmıştır. Sağaltım gruplarındaki hayvanlara 10 kg vücut ağırlığına 1 tablet olacak şekilde Paratak Plus (140 mg pyrantel pamoate, 545 mg oxantel pamoate, 50 mg praziquantel) verilmiştir. İlaç uygulamasından sonra yapılan dışkı bakılarına göre Paratak. Plus'un D. caninum ve Taenia sp. 'ye % 100, T. canis ve T. leonina'ya da % 71.5 etkidiği saptanmıştır. Köpeklerde ilaca bağlı herhangi bir yan etki gözlenmemiştir.

The effec of paratak plus against some cestods and nematods in dogs

In this study, the effect of Paratak Plus against Dipylidium caninum, Taeriia sp., Toxocara canis, Toxascaris leonina were investigated in naturally infected dogs. A group of 14 dogs infected with D. caninum and Taenia sp. was divided equally into two groups as treatment and control group. Another group of 14 dogs infected with T. canis and. T. leonina was divided equally into two groups as treatment and control group One tablet of Paratak Plus (140 mg pyrantel pamoate, 545 mg oxantel pamoate, 50 mg praziquantel) per 10 kg of bodyweight of animal was given to two treatment groups. Faecal examinations were done before and after application of the drug. According to the results of faecal examinations, Paratak Plus was 100 % effective for D. caninum and Taenia sp., but it was 71.5 % effective for T. canis and T. leonina. No toxic effect was observed in dogs.
