Renal hücreli kanserde radikal nefrektomi sonrası kontra-lateral adrenal bezi metastazı çok nadir görülen bir durumdur. Olgu sunumuzda, renal hücreli kanser tanısıyla cerrahi uygulanan ve nefrektomi sonrası 22. ayda soliter kontralateral adrenal metastazı tespit edilen 54 yaşında erkek-hasta takdim edilmektedir. Solitary Contralateral Adrenal Metastasıs in Renal Celi Carcinoma After Radical Nephrectomy: Case Report Metastasıs to the contralateral adrenal gland in cases of renal celi carcinoma after radical nephrectomy is extremely rare. Herein, we present a 54 year-old-male who under-went surgery with diagnosis of renal celi carcinoma and developed contralateral adrenal metastasis 22 months after nephrectomy. Adrenalectomy was performed and no additional metastasis was seen 6 months postoperatively.
