Plevral efüzyonun eşlik ettiği malign melanoma olgularının sunumu

Malign melanomada plevra tutulumu ile plevral efüzyon oldukça ender görülmektedir. Kliniğimizde plevral efüzyon nedeni ile tetkik edilen 74 ve 54 yaşındaki iki erkek hasta sırası ile uygulanan Mini Torakotomi ve VATS girişimleri ile alınan plevra biopsileri sonucu malign melanoma tanısı konularak takipleri ile birlikte sunulmuştur.

Presentation of cases of malignant melanoma with pleural effusion

Presentation of malignant melanoma with pleural effusion is very rare. We present two cases of malignant melanoma with pleural effusion. Patients were 74 and 54 yearold males and they were diagnosed by mini thoracotomy and video assisted thoracoscopic surgery.
