Double-j üreteral stentin böbreğe spontan migrasyonu ve tedavisi: Bir olgu sunumu

Double-j üreteral stentler taşa veya başka nedenlere bağlı üreteral obstruksiyonların giderilmesi amacıyla kullanılırlar. Üreteral stentin spontan olarak proksimale, özellikle böbreğe migrasyonu çok nadirdir. Olgu sunumuzda 31 yaşında bir erkek hastaya, sağ üreteropelvik darlık nedeniyle double-j üreteral stent takılmasının ardından, stentin işlemden 3 gün sonra böbreğe migrasyonu meydana gelmiş ve stent ikinci bir işlemle üreteroskopi yardımı ile alınarak yerine yeni bir stent takılmıştır. Vakanın tanı ve tedavisi literatür bilgileri eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.

Ureteral stent migration

Double-j ureteral stents are used to treat ureteral obstructions caused by stones or other reasons. Spontaneous proximal migration of the ureteral stent is very uncommon. In our case, a double-j stent was inserted to a 31 year- old-man due to ureteropelvic obstruction. Three days after the procedure, the stent migrated to the kidney and with a second procedure, the stent was removed from the kidney with ureteroscopy and a new one was inserted. The diagnosis and treatment of the case is discussed according to the literature.
