Pankreatoblastom; erişkinde nadir pankreas tümörü

Çocukluk yaş grubunun nadir görülen tümörlerinden olan pankreatoblastom erişkin yaş grubunda oldukça nadir olup literatürde bildirilen erişkin olgu sayısı 20’nin altındadır. Çalışmamızda bir erişkin pankreatoblastom olgusuna ait ultrasonografi, bilgisayarlı tomografi ve manyetik rezonans görüntüleme bulguları sunulmaktadır. İnvazyondan çok bası etkisine neden olması, kistik-solid komponenetler içermesi ve çok büyük boyutlara ulaşması lezyonun ön plana çıkan özelliklerini oluşturmaktadır. Kitlenin 25cm’ye ulaştığı olgumuz bildiğimiz kadarıyla şimdiye kadar literatürde bildirilmiş en büyük boyutlu lezyonlardan biridir.

Pancreatoblastoma; a rare tumour in an adult patient

Pancreatoblastoma is a rare tumor in childhood. It’s even rarer in adults with less than 20 cases reported in the literature. We report ultrasonography, computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging findings of pancreatoblastoma in an adult case. The key features of the lesion are; the presence of a mass eff ect more prominent than invasion, its internal structure consisting of cystic and solid components, and its preponderance of reaching to very big dimensions. In our case the mass has reached 25 cm in diameter, and to the best of our knowledge, this is one of the biggest pancreatoblastoma cases reported in the literature.
