Fournier gangreninde tedavi prensipleri

Bu çalışmada 1990-2003 yılları arasında Ankara Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi çeşitli Anabillm Dallarında Fournier gangreni tanısı alıp tedavi için kliniğimize kabul edilen 16 hasta sunulmuştur. Hastalar retrospektif olarak gözden geçirilmiş, yaş, predispozan hastalık, doku defektinin özellikleri, izole edilen mikroorganizma, etyoloji, hematolojik bulgular ve rekonstrüktif cerrahi girişimler mevcut literatür bilgileri ışığında değerlendirilmiştir.

Treatment principles of Fournier's gangrene

in this study we preseni 16 patients with Fournier's gangrene who were first applied to the different clinics of Ankara University Medical School's Hospital, and then accepted to our clinic for treatment in between years 1990 and 2003. Patients were reviewed retrospectively and in the light of present literature discussed according to their ages, predisposing factors, properties of the tissue defects, isolated microorganisms, etiology, hematological findings and reconstructive surgical procedures.
