Sağlık sekteründe etik iklim ve yıldırma (mobbing) davranışları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi

Bu çalışmada sağlık çalışanlarının hastanelerinin etik iklimine ilişkin değerlendirmelerininyıldırmaya maruz kalma durumlarına göre değişip değişmediğini belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma Bolu ilmerkezinde faaliyette bulunan Sağlık Bakanlığı’na bağlı bir hastane ile bir üniversite ve iki özel hastaneolmak üzere toplam dört hastanede çalışan sağlık personeli üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonuçları;sağlık çalışanlarının hastanelerinin etik ikliminde en az yardımseverlik en çok ise egoistlik iklim türününvarlığını ifade ettiklerini göstermiştir. Yapılan Mancova analizi sonucunda; sağlık çalışanlarının yıldırmayamaruz kalıp kalmamalarının etik iklim ile ilgili değerlendirmeleri üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı(p>0,05), buna karşın çalışma süresi ile yardımseverlik ve ilkeli iklim türüne ilişkin değerlendirmeler arasındaanlamlı ilişkiler olduğu (p

Investigation of relationship among ethical climate and mobbing behaviors in health care sector

In this study, it was aimed to find whether the opinions of health care workers on the ethical climateof the hospital different mobbing behaviors which they were exposed to. The study was carried out on healthcare professionals working at four hospitals in Bolu province, one under the Ministry of Health, oneuniversity hospital and two private hospitals. The result of the study showed that health care workersexpressed that the existence of egoist climate was more dominant than benevolence and principled climates intheir hospitals. Mancova analysis indicated that mobbing had no relationships with dimensions of ethicalclimate but working time had significant relationships with benevolence and principled dimensions of ethicalclimate.
