ND-YAG LAZER KAPSÜLOTOMİ SONRASI GLOKOMLU VE SAĞLIKLI GÖZLERDE GÖZ İÇİ BASINCI VE MERKEZİ KORNEA KALINLIĞI DEĞİŞİKLİKLERİ

AMAÇ:Arka kapsül opasifikasyonu AKO nedeni ile neodymium yttrium-aluminium garnet lazer kapsülotomi uygulanan sağlıklı gözler ile glokomlu hastalarda, erken dönem göz içi basıncı GİB , merkezi kornea kalınlığı MKK değişikliklerini karşılaştırmak GEREÇ VE YÖNTEMLER: Retroprospektif olarak yapılan bu çalışmamıza, sağlıklı AKO olan 42 hasta ve glokom tanısıyla izlenen ve AKO nedeniyle Nd:YAG lazer arka kapsülotomi yapılan 27 hasta çalışmaya dahil edildi.. Tropikamid %1 damla ile pupilla dilatasyonu sağlanan hastalara işlemden 30 dakika önce bir damla %0,5 Aproklonidin HCl damlatıldı. İşlemden 1 saat önce ve işlemden 3 saat, 4 saat, 1 gün sonra GİB, MKK ölçümleri değerlendirildi. BULGULAR: Nd-YAG lazer kapsülotomi sonrası GİB değişimi iki grup arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmadı. GİB değişimi ile işlem esnasında uygulanan toplam lazer enerji miktarı arasındaki ilişki istatistiksel olarak anlamlı değildi. Nd:YAG lazer kapsülotomi sonrası, merkezi kornea kalınlığı MMK ’da iki grup arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir artış saptanmadı.

İNTRAOCULER PRESSURE AND CENTRAL CORNEAL THİCKNESS İN GLAUCOMA PATİENTS AND HEALTY EYES AFTER ND-YAG LASER CAPSULOTOMY

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate early intraocular pressure IOP , central corneal thickness CCT changes in patients undergoing Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy who has devoloped posterior capsule opasification PCO after uncomplicated cataract surgery.MATERIAL AND METHODS: In this retroprospective study 42 patients healthy and 27 glaucoma patients were included. were included. Pupil dilatation was provided with 1% tropicamide drops. A drop of 0,5% aproclonidine was used 30 minute before the process. 1 hour before process and 3 hours, 4hours, 1 day after process IOP and CCT were evaluated .RESULT: IOP changes after Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy was not statistically significant. The relationship between IOP changes after Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy and the total amount of laser energy was not statistically significant. There was no statistically significant increase in CCT after Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy. CONCLUSION: Nd: YAG laser capsulotomy is reliable and effective method for the treatment of PCO
