ULTRASON EŞLİĞİNDE TEK ENJEKSİYON İNFRAKLAVİKULAR BLOK HUMERUS KIRIĞI CERRAHİSİNDE YETERLİ POSTOPERATİF ANALJEZİ SAĞLAYABİLİR Mİ?

Amaç: Humerus kırığı nedeni ile üst ekstremite cerrahisi geçiren hastalarda, ultrason kılavuzluğunda tek enjeksiyon infraklavikülerbloğu ile genel anestezinin postoperatif ağrı değerlerini karşılaştırmak.Yöntem: Çalışma retrospektif olarak planlandı. Temmuz 2016 ile Temmuz 2017 tarihleri arasında humerus kırığı operasyonuyapılan, genel anestezi (Grup GA, n = 19) veya ultrason kılavuzluğunda infraklaviküler blok (Grup IKB, n = 23) uygulanan hastalarçalışmaya dahil edildi. Postoperatif 30 dk, 2., 6., 12. ve 24. saatlerde dinlenme ve aktivite sırasındaki görsel analog skalası (VAS)ile ağrı skorları, tüketilen toplam morfin miktarı ve ilk analjezi gereksinimi zamanı hasta kontrollü analjezi cihazı ile değerlendirildi.Bulgular: Hastaların demografik özellikleri benzerdi (p>0.05). IS SINGLE INJECTION ULTRASOUND-GUIDED INFRACLAVICULAR BLOCK SUFFICIENT FOR POSTOPERATIVE PAIN IN HUMERUS FRACTURE SURGERY?

Objective: To compare the sufficiency of postoperative pain effects of ultrasound-guided infraclavicular block and generalanesthesia in patients with humerus fracture undergoing upper extremity surgery.Method: The study was planned as a retrospective study. Forty two patients who underwent humerus fracture surgery betweenJuly 2016 and July 2017, with either general anesthesia (GA, n=19) or ultrasound-guided infraclavicular block (ICB, n=23) wereincluded in the study. Postoperative visual analogue scale (VAS) pain scores at rest and during activity at 30thmin, 2, 6, 12 and24thhours, the total amount of morphine consumed, the first analgesia requirement time were evaluated by postoperative patientcontrolled analgesia (PCA) devices.Results: The demographic characteristics of the patients were similar (p>0.05).
