TÜRK‹YE'DE PED‹YATR‹K HASTALARDA PSÖDOKOL‹NESTERAZ EKS‹KL‹⁄‹ VE KATKIDA BULUNAN FAKTÖRLER‹N ‹NS‹DANSI
Amaç: Genel anestezi uygulamalar›nda gözlenen olas› komplikasyonlar aç›s›ndan oldukça önemli olan psödokolinesteraz (PKE) eksikli¤i s›kl›¤›n› ortaya koymak amaçlanm›flt›r. Yöntem: Hastalar›n kay›tlar› (yafl, cinsiyet, serum PKE etki düzeyleri, karaci¤er ve böbrek fonksiyonlar›) bilgisayar ortam›nda yap›ld› ve veriler üzerinde çal›fl›ld›. Bulgular: Hastalar›n %5.5'inde (n = 15.309) PKE düzeyi normal de¤erlerin alt›ndayd›. PKE eksikli¤i yüzdesi, yüksek alanin amino transferaz, aspartat amino transferaz, üre ve kreatinin düzeyleri olan hastalarda yüksek bulundu (p
THE INCIDENCE OF PSEUDOCHOLINESTERASE DEFICIENCY AND CONTRIBUTING FACTORS IN PEDIATRIC PATIENTS IN TURKEY
Objective: It is aimed to reveal the frequency of pseudocholinesterase (PCE) deficiency, which is highly important for thepossible complications observed during the general anaesthesia applications.Method: The records of patients (age, sex, serum PCE effect levels, liver and kidney functions) were computerized and studiedon the data. Results: PCE level in 5.5% of the patients (n=15.309) were under the normal values. The PCE deficiency percentage washigh with high alanine amino transferase, aspartate amino transferase, ure and creatinin levels (p
