BÜYÜK BİR EĞİTİM VE ARAŞTIRMA HASTANESİNİN MAVİ KOD VERİLERİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ: KATKI VE EKSİKLİKLER

Amaç: Mavi kod, arreste hastane içi müdehalelerin etkinli¤ini art›rmak için düzenlenmifl bir uygulamad›r. Bu yaz› ile hastanemizde yap›lan mavi kod müdehaleleri de¤erlendirilerek önerilerde bulunmay› amaçlad›k. Yöntem: 2017 y›l›nda yap›lan 849 mavi kod ça¤r›s›n›n de¤erlendirilmesi amac›yla, ça¤r›n›n yap›ld›¤› birim, ça¤r›n›n zaman›, sebebi, yap›lan müdehaleler ve uygulamalar›n sonuçlar› not edildi. Bulgular: Ça¤r›lardan 578 tanesi için kay›t tutulmufl olup, 190 kardiyopulmoner arrest vakas›na zaman›nda ulafl›ld›¤› ve bu vakalardan 21'inin taburcu edildi¤i tespit edildi. Sonuç: Zaman›nda müdehalenin baflar›ld›¤› ancak uygunsuz ça¤r›lar›n s›k e¤itim gibi araçlarla azalt›lmas› gerekti¤i ve sa¤kal›m›nda uygulamadaki kalitenin ileri e¤itimlerle art›r›labilece¤i kanaatindeyiz.

EVALUATION OF BLUE CODE DATA IN A GREAT TRAINING AND RESEARCH HOSPITAL: ADDITIVES AND DEFICIENCIES

Objective: Blue code is an application designed to improve th effectiveness of in-hospital arrest manengement. With this article, we aimed to evaluate the blue code interventions made in our hospital and to make suggestions. Method: In order to evaluate 849 blue code calls made in 2017, the unit in which the call was made, the time of the call, the reason, the consequences of the calls and the results of the interventions were noted. Results: Recordings were made for 578 of the calls and 190 cardiopulmonary arrest cases were reached in time and 21 of these cases were discharged. Conclusion: We believe that timely intervention is achieved but inappropriate calls should be reduced by means such as frequent training, and the quality of practice in survival can be improved by further training.
