Rijid bronkoskopi esnasında gelişen tansiyon pnömotoraks (olgu sunumu)

Bu olgu sunumunda; yabancı cisim aspirasyonu nedeniyle başvuran 1.5 yaşındaki çocuğa rijid bronkoskopi uygulanmış ve bronkoskopi sonrası bronş rüptürü sonucu tansiyon pnömotoraks gelişmiştir. Bu olgu nedeniyle de tansiyon pnömotoraksın, tanı ve tedavisi gözden geçirilmiştir.

Tension pneumothorax during rigid bronchoscopy (case report)

In this case report, rigid bronchoscopy was performed under general anesthesia because of suspected foreign body aspiration in a 1.5 years old child. Following rigid bronhoscopy, tension pneumothorax developed due to bronchial rupture. Diagnosis and treatment of tension pneumothorax were reviewed because of this case.
