Das Unlösbare Problem: Kafkas Prosastück Gibs auf!

Kafka sadece esrarengiz eserleri ile tanınmış bir yazar değil, aynı zamanda da modern edebiyatın önemli bir temsilcisidir. Eserlerinin çoğunda otobiyografik özellik belirgindir. Örneğin: Kafka’nın tüm hayatını geçirdiği Prag şehri çoğu eserinde mevcuttur. Aşırı hassas bir yazar olan Kafka’nın kişisel problemleri de aynı şekilde eserlerine girmiştir. Ancak, Kafka’nın yaşantı ve deneyimlerini sanatsal olarak işleyerek eserlerine konu ettiği önemli bir noktadır. Kafka’nın biyografisinden de anlaşıldığı gibi, Kafka babanın en yüce otorite olarak yer aldığı bir dünyadan ve Prag’ın dar çevresinden hep kaçıp kurtulmak istemiştir. Bununla beraber, Kafka baba problemini ne hayatında ne de eserlerinde çözebilmiş değildir. Bu nedenle, Kafka’nın kahramanları daha insancıl bir dünya umutlarından vazgeçmek durumundadırlar. Umutsuzluk, çaresizlik ve korku da zaten Kafka’nın eserlerindeki önemli konulardır. Bu çalışmada yazarın düzyazısı Gibs auf! odak noktasıdır. Bu eserde sadece güçsüz ve çaresiz bir kişinin umutsuzluğundan değil, aynı zamanda da Kafka’daki çözülemeyen problemden söz edilmektedir.
