Farklı sistemlerde barındırılan beyaz ve kahverengi yumurtacılarda yumurtlama zamanının yumurta kalite özelliklerine etkileri

Bu çalışma, altlıklı yer ve serbest gezinme (free-range) sistemde barındırılan beyaz ve kahverengi yumurtacı tavuklarda, farklı yumurtlama zamanının bazı yumurta kalite özellikleri üzerine etkilerini incelemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Yer ve serbest gezinme sistemleri yumurta kan ve et lekeleri üzerinde etkili olmuş, serbest sistemde daha düşük değerler elde edilmiştir (%15.97 ve %8.33; PO.01). The effects of housing system and oviposition time on EGG quality traits in white and brown layers

This study was carried out to determine the effects of deep litter or free-range husbandry systems and oviposition time on egg quality characteristics in white and brown layers. The blood and meat spots in eggs were affected by production systems and free-range system had a lower than deep litter system (15.97% and 8.33%; P<0.01). White layers had a lower egg white (59.40 g white and 62.23 g brown; P<0.01), lower shape indexes (75.19% and 76.45%; P<0.01), higher shell thickness (0.348 mm and 0.340 mm; P<0.05), higher specific gravity (1.090 and 1.089; P<0.01), lighter egg yolk color (11.10 and 12.63; P<0.01) and lower blood and meat spots (3.47% and 20.83%; P<0.01). Effects of oviposition time on egg weight were found significant (P<0.01). Egg weights obtained at 9, 11 and 14 hours were found as 62.21, 60.67 and 59.58 g, respectively.
