ANNELERİN DOĞUM SONU GÜVENLİK HİSLERİ ÖLÇEĞİ:GEÇERLİK ve GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Amaç: Bu çalışmada annelerin doğum sonu ilk haftada güven hislerini ölçmek için Annelerin Doğum Sonu Güvenlik Hisleri Ölçeği'nin Türkçeye uyarlanması amaçlanmıştır. Yöntem: Annelerin Doğum Sonu Güvenlik Hisleri Ölçeğinin geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin test edildiği bu araştırma metodolojik türde bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi doğum sonu ilk hafta içindeki 222 anneden oluşmuştur. Ölçek uyarlamasında geçerlik çalışması için dil (uzman görüş), kapsam (Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi-KGİ) ve yapı geçerliği (Doğrulayıcı Faktör analizi); güvenirlik için iç tutarlılık (Cronbah's alfa), madde analizleri ve zamana göre değişmezlik (test tekrar test) analizleri yapılmıştır. Bulgular ve Sonuç: Ölçeğin KGİ puanı 0.89 olup kapsam geçerliği yeterlidir. DFA sonucunda X2=229.04 (serbestlik derecesi = 129), X2/df =1.78 ve RMSEA=0.059 bulunmuş olup model iyi/mükemmel uyuma işaret etmektedir. Mothers' Postnatal Sense of Securıty Scale: Validity and Reliability Aim: The aim of the study is to adaptation into Turkish of the Mothers' Postnatal Sense of Security Scale (PPSS) developed by Eva K Persson et al. (2007) for evaluating mothers' sense of security during postnatal first week. Method: This methodological study is to test the validity and reliability of the Mothers' Sense of Security Scale. The samples of the study consist of 222 mothers who were on the postnatal first week. For the Construct validity was tested with a language validity (experts view), content validity index, and confirmatory factor analyses. For the reliability the internal consistency (Cronbach's alpha), item analysis and with unchangeably for the times (test re-test) were used Results and Conclusion: (Content Validity Index) CVI score was found to be 0.89. This value showed that content validity of scale is efficient. Confirmatory factor analysis were found X2=229.04 (df=129), X2/df =1.78 and RMSEA=0.059 so the model signs good/perfect in unison.
