İnternet ve Sendikal Hareket

internet sendikalara, artan oranda farklılaşan ve bireyselleşen işgücü ile kollektif hareket ve dayanışma arasındaki boşluğu doldurarak, hizmetlerini geliştirme ve üye sayılarını artırma olanağını sunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, internet'in sendikal hareket üzerindeki etkileri analiz edilmekte ve şu soruların yanıtlan aranmaktadır: Internet 'in sendikalar üzerindeki etkileri nelerdir? internet sendikal hareketi güçlendirebilir mi? Sendikalar internet 'ten kendi çıkarlarına nasıl yararlanabilirler?

Internet and the Trade Union Movement

The article has an argument and puts some questions based on it. The argument is that the internet has offered some possibilities for the trade unions in improving their services and increasing the members through bridging the gap between the differentiated and individualized workforce and, collective activity and solidarity. Such questions have been tried to be answered; What are the effects of the internet on trade unions? Can the internet strengthen trade union movement? How can the unions utilize internet for their own benefit?
