Yan Dalda Flor Ve Keton İçeren Bir Metakrilat Monomerinin Sentezi ve Bazı Özelliklerinin Belirlenmesi

Bu çalışmanın ilk basamağında, yan dalda flor ve ester grubu içeren bir metakrilat monomeri (4-florofenil)-2- okso etil metakrilat (FFMA) sentezlendi. Daha sonra FFMA monomerin akrilonitril (AN) ilekomopolimeri cam ampullerde, azot atmosferi altında benzoil peroksit(BPO) başlatıcısı ile 1,4-dioksançözücüsünde 65 oC sıcaklıkta sentezlendi. Monomerin ve homopolimerlerin yapıları, IR, 1H-NMR ve 13CNMRteknikleri kullanılarak karakterize edildi. Oluşan kopolimerlerin bileşimleri kopolimer yapısındabulunan azot oranın elementel analizle tayiniyle belirlendi.

Synthesis And Determination of Some Properties of a Methactylate Monomers Having Flour And Ketone

In this work, new type of methacrylate monomers, with fluorine and ketone chain (4-florophenyl)-2- oxo ethyl methactylate (FFMA) were synthesized. The free-radical-initiated copolymerization FFMA with acrylonitrile (AN) were carried out in 1,4-dioxane solution at 65 oC using 2,2’-azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN) as an initiator with different monomer-to-monomer ratios in the feed. The monomers and copolymers were characterized by FTIR, 1H and 13C-NMR spectral studies. The copolymer compositions were determined by elemental analysis with nitrogen content.
