Pirolitik Karbon Siyahının Rafinasyonu ve Kauçuk Sektöründe Kullanımı
Bu çalışmada hurda lastiklerin pirolizinden elde edilen pirolitik karbon siyahının (CBp) rafinasyonu vekauçuk endüstrisinde kullanımı araştırılmıştır. Pirolitik karbon siyahındaki kül miktarının piroliz sıcaklığıve lastik çeşidine göre değiştiği gözlenmiştir. Karbon siyahının rafinasyonu işlemleri tanecik boyutunundüşürülmesi, metal oksitlerin asidik ve bazik ortamda uzaklaştırılması, nötralleştirme ve kurutmakademelerinden meydana gelir. Pirolitik karbon siyahı rafine edilerek kauçuk endüstrisinde yoğunolarak kullanılan N330 standartlarına yakın değerlerde karbon siyahı elde edilmiştir.
Refining of Pyrolytic Carbon Black and Using in Rubber Industry
In this study, pyrolytic carbon black (CBp) obtained from pyrolysis of scrap tires was refined and its use in the rubber industry was investigated. It has been observed that the amount of ash in the pyrolytic carbon black changes with respect to the pyrolysis temperature and the tire fineside. The refining process of carbon black comes down to the reduction of the particle size, the removal of metal oxides in acidic and basic media, the neutralization and drying stages. Pyrolytic carbon black has been refined to achieve carbon black values close to the N330 standards used extensively in the rubber industry.
