Bazı Metallerin Pleurotus türlerinin Boya Dekolorizasyonu ve Lakkaz, MnP Enzim Aktiviteleri Üzerine Olan Etkisi (011004) (33-41)

Bu çalışmada, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus sajor-caju ve Pleurotus florida test organizması olarak kullanılarak, farklı metal tuzlarının (HgCl2, Pb(NO3)2, Ni(NO3)2.6H2O, ZnSO4.7H2O, CoCl2.6H2O, Cd(NO3)2.4H2O, CuSO4.5H2O) dekolorizasyon ve dekolorizasyonda rol alan ektraselüler enzimlerin aktivitelerine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada Pb ve Ni’in 0,001 mM ≤; Hg, Pb ve Cd’nin 0.005 mM≤ ve Co’ın 0.05 mM≤ konsantrasyonunda P. sajor caju’nun gelişim inhibisyonu istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. (p≤0.05). P. florida miselyal gelişimi Ni ve Cd hariç denenen tüm metallerde 0.001 mM≤ konsantrasyonları istatistiksel olarak anlamlı iken Ni’in 0.005 mM≤ ve Cd’nin 0.01 mM≤ konsantrasyonlarındaki inhibisyon istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. P. ostreatus’ da Hg ve Pb 0,01 mM ≤ konsantrasyondan sonra istatistiksel olarak anlamlı inhibisyon saptanmıştır. Diğer metallerde 0,001 mM≤ konsantrasyonlarda gelişimin inhibisyonu istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur. Enzim çalışmaları metallerin Lakkaz aktivitesinde önemli bir değişiklik yapmadığını göstermiştir. P. sajorcaju’da %20 inhibisyonu sağlayan tüm metal konsantrasyonlarında kontrole oranla MnP akivitesinin arttığı saptanmıştır. Pleurotus florida’da MnP aktivitesini Co %42 arttırmış, bunu %32 ile Pb takip etmiştir. Hg ve Ni, Pleurotus ostreatus’un MnP aktivitesini arttırdığı ancak Zn, ve Cd, MnP aktivitesini düşmüştür
