Dentine Hypersensitivity: Mechanisms, Aetiology And Treatment Approaches

Tooth sensitivity is a very common clinical presentation which can cause considerable concern for patients. The management of this condition requires a good understanding of the complexity of the problem, as well as the variety of treatments avaible. Even with the large number of published studies, it has not been possible to reach a consensus about the product that represents the gold standard in the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity.
