110R Anacına Aşılı Merlot Üzüm Çeşidi Genç Omcalarına Farklı Dozlarda Uygulanan Trichoderma harzianum ve Bacillus subtilis’ in I. Gelişme Dönemindeki Etkileri
Sonuç olarak ileriki çalışmalarda Bacillus subtilis’ in %8’ lik dozunun Merlot/110R fidanlarında gelişme döneminde kullanılması önerilebilir.
Different Doses Effects of Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis on Young Plants Merlot/110R 1. Growing Period
This study was performed in 2014, in order to identify the effects of different doses Bacillus subtilis (2%, 4%, 8%, 0) and Trichoderma harzianum (5g/L, 10g/L, 20g/L, 0) on Merlot/110R young plants. In this research, taking ratio of young plants, shoot characteristics and leaf characteristics were evaluated. This research was established by Randomized Block design in Divided Parcels and it contained totally 96 young plants were used. MSTAT-C statistical program was used for evaluation data, and LSD test was used for determine the statistically importance. B. subtilis decreased total number of lateral shoots; also the T. harzianum decreased total number of lateral shoots, lateral shoots number in main shoot. As a result, Bacillus subtilis dose 8% can be used in growing period for further studies.
