Patolojik femur kırığıyla tanı konulan nöroblastom olgusu

Nöroblastom çocukluk ça¤›n›n en s›k rastlanan ekstrakraniyal solid tümörü olmakla birlikte özellikle 5 yafl alt› çocuklarda kemik metastazlar› ve buna ba¤l› patolojik k›r›klar›n ay›r›c› tan›s›nda ak›lda bulundu- rulmal›d›r. Çal›flmam›zda, patolojik femur k›r›¤›yla baflvuran ve metastatik nöroblastom tan›s› konulan 11 ayl›k bir k›z olgu sunuyoruz.
