Kilitli pelvis olgusunda açk redüksiyon tekni¤i

Kilitli pubik simfizis yaralanması bir taraftaki pubik kemi¤in karşı taraftaki obturator foramende veya pubik kemik arkasında sıkışması ile pelvis üzerinde oluşan lateral kompresyon yaralanması sonucu ortaya çıkar. Tedavinin seçiminde travma mekanizmasının iyi bilinmesi önemlidir. Çalışmamızda acil tedavi ünitesinde eksternal fiksatör uygulaması sonrası açık redüksiyon uygulanan ve tedavi edilemeyen kilitli pubik simfizis olgusunda açık redüksiyon tekni¤i sunulmaktadır.
