Primer Beyin Tümörlü Hastalarda Semptom Yönetimi

Beyin tümörlerinin büyük bir çoğunluğu invaziv yayılım ve malign özellik gösterir, kafatası gibi sınırlı bir alanda hızlı büyür ve tedaviye yanıtı sınırlıdır. Bu özellikleri nedeniyle bireylerde birçok semptom oluşturarak yaşam kalitesini hızla düşürür ve yaşamı tehdit eder. Literatürde primer beyin tümörlü hastalarda iyi kontrol edilemeyen semptomların değerlendirilmesi ve kontrolünün önemli olduğu belirtilmektedir. Bu makalede primer beyin tümörlü hasta grubuyla çalışan hemşirelere rehber olması amacıyla, güncel literatür gözden geçirilerek primer beyin tümörü semptomlarına odaklanılmıştır

the vast majority of brain tumors to show the spread of invasive and malignant, rapid growth in a limited space such asthe skull, response to treatmentis limited. Because of these features rapid decline inthe quality of life and to life under threat creating many symptoms in individuals. in the literatüreis reported to be importance of symptom evaluation and control in pBt patients with severe and poorly-controlled symptoms. in this article, nurses working with patients with primary brain tumors as a guide to the current literature review focused on symptoms of primary brain tumors
