Kalvarium Metastazı Ayırıcı Tanısında Enostoz: Olgu Sunumu

Enostozlar kemik adaları , genelde insidental olarak bulunan, herhangi bir klinik şikayet yaratmayan kemik lezyonlarıdır. Ayırıcı tanılarında primer kemik tümörleri ve metastazlar mevcuttur ve tanıya yönelik çalışmalarda kafa karıştırıcı olabilmektedirler. Olgu sunumumuzda metastaz ön tanısı ile opere edilen 65 yaşındaki erkek enostoz olgusu sunulmaktadır
